Ong-Bak: Muay Thai Warrior (2003)

The most valuable Buddha statue in the impoverished Thai town of Ban Nong Pradu was taken from the temple. Fortunately, Ting (Tony Jaa), a very talented fighter, also lives in the small hamlet. He embarks on a mission to retrieve the beloved figure. His travels take him to Bangkok, where he has to wrestle the statue away from the dangerous drug dealer Don (Wannakit Sirioput). The village is in the midst of a terrible drought and needs the Buddha to bring life back to it.
