Assault 3281 Fox St DC 1139067112

On November 15, 2011, at 11:29am, an unknown male entered the parking lot of Uncle Willies gas station located at 3281 Fox Street in a white work truck. The suspect was involved in a dispute with an employee who is mentally challenged as he walked into the gas station. The suspect walked out to his work truck and retrieved a spray bottle and sprayed an unknown liquid into the eyes of the employee which caused a burning sensation. The suspect fled in his work truck with a possible partial PA tag 3007 North on the Roosevelt Boulevard. Suspect description: White male, 40-50 years-of-age, medium build, clean shaven, long gray hair, wearing a gray long sleeve shirt, blue jeans and work boots. Vehicle Description: Vehicle is similar to a Ford E159 or Chevy Express with a partial PA tag 3007 If you see this male do not approach him, contact 911 immediately.
