This series was a suggestion by one of the members in our Telegram group. She saw a clip and wanted to know the title of the clip. This is a coming of age story not a BL but there's a side story of one of the character falling in love with the lead male actor... an unrequited love you see. The quality is not good, surely because what can you expect from a series produced/released last 1993. I wasn't even born that year.
