Shooting 100 N Ruby St DC 20 19 003951 & 20 19 003968

On Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 4:56 PM, two unknown black males approached the victims, a 22 & 26 year-old males, on the 100 block of North Ruby Street. One suspect then started firing at the victims while the second suspect, who was across the street, moved n between two parked cars and also started firing critically injuring both suspects. Both suspects then fled and were last seen north on Ruby Street. If you see these suspects do not approach, contact 911 immediately.
