#### **1. Iman (Faith)**
**Iman** is the Arabic term for **faith or belief** in Islam. It refers to having conviction in the fundamental principles of Islam, including:
1. **Belief in Allah** – The oneness of God (Tawheed).
2. **Belief in Angels** – Accepting that angels exist and perform duties assigned by Allah.
3. **Belief in Divine Books** – The Quran and the scriptures revealed before it (Torah, Psalms, Gospel).
4. **Belief in Prophets** – Accepting all messengers of Allah, from Adam to Muhammad (peace be upon them).
5. **Belief in the Day of Judgment** – The final accountability of deeds in the Hereafter.
6. **Belief in Qadr (Divine Decree)** – That everything happens by Allah’s will and knowledge.
A person with strong **Iman** trusts Allah in all circumstances and follows His guidance in life. Iman is not just belief in the heart but is also reflected through actions and obedience to Allah.

**Sabr** means **patience, endurance, and steadfastness** in the face of difficulties. It is one of the most important virtues in Islam, mentioned over **90 times** in the Quran.
There are three main types of **Sabr**:
1. **Patience in Obedience to Allah** – Remaining steadfast in performing prayers, fasting, and fulfilling religious duties.
2. **Patience in Avoiding Sins** – Resisting temptations and avoiding disobedience.
3. **Patience During Hardships** – Enduring trials, losses, or suffering with faith in Allah’s wisdom.
