Nothing new in this masked killer slasher, but some distractingly bad actors
I like Shawnee Smith, and I have seen her for decades in many a' horror films over the years. But right off the bat, I was laughing out loud at the actor choice to play her grown son "Connor ". Not only is he a less than stellar actor, but immediately you can see that he's in his mid to late forties, playing the "son " to Shawnee Smith's character, Moira. After watching this slow moving bore fest, did I have to check the IMBD page to see if I was losing my age-gauge, or not. Alas I am not. He is literally 7 years younger than her,& looks exactly that. But that's not the only problem here. Nothing is finished or explained by the end. If it was, it was lost on me by the boring , drawn out premise. We learn how the killer finds them but nothing about where the lifelong grudge is stemming from, or any pertinent details. Total waste of time.
