He dominates the online illegal gambling market for South Koreans by the use of kidnapping, assault, and murder. In South Korea, Jang Dong-Cheol (Lee Dong-Hwi) is the genius CEO of an IT business. He works on setting up an even bigger online illegal gambling site. Ma Suk-Do now works to crush the villains Baek Chang-Ki and Jang Dong-Cheol.
