Well we found out the hard way that you can't get the achievements during the story version of the fight. So I had to bring Ganyu along again for the actual Weekly Boss fight. But thankfully all except 1 were achievable. (It took so long to do the archer one I just couldn't keep dodging well enough to get the no-hit achievement.)
