Detective Tom Nicholas is assigned to investigate the case, and he suspects that the killer is a strange man named Richard Kennedy, who lives in the same neighborhood. Richard Kennedy is a mysterious man known for his suspicious behavior. He is believed to be a serial killer, and he has been arrested in the past for murder, but he was acquitted due to lack of evidence. Tom Nicholas is convinced that Richard Kennedy is the killer, but he cannot prove it. Kennedy stalks Nicholas, and tries to kill him, but Nicholas escapes. In the end, Kennedy is arrested for the murder of the young girl. He is sentenced to life in prison, and is sent to a mental institution. The film stars Benicio del Toro and Justin Timberlake, and is directed by Gregory Jacobs.
