How to Abuse "Urban Style Barrier II" - Reclamation Algorithm

There a weeks ago, new Game Mode call "Reclamation Algorithm". After playing some game, i just realize some perk can make Looping Purchase a barrier that can also usefull, because that Barrier was invicible ability. Lets Check it out!
