As the result, one of the wings broke and she fell on the ground. The pigeon tried hard to fly but failed. What do I do now? None of my friends and family is with me. How will I get back home with this broken wing? She thought sadly. So, she decided to stay in one of the trees nearby for that day. She first approached the apple tree. Hey, apple tree can I stay in your branches? Please. She asked. Go away. Apple tree replied. She limped away to the next tree. It was a mango tree. You silly bird I won’t give you any space. Get out of here. The mango tree shouted before the bird could ask anything. The poor bird was totally heartbroken. No one wants me. I don’t have any friends. She cried. As she was walking with tears in her eyes, she suddenly heard a voice. The voice said, Come to me. It was the banyan tree. Hey pigeon, I can be your friend. I have a lot of space in my branches. So you can stay there comfortably, said the banyan tree. That’s so kind of you Mr.Banyan. I had love to stay with you. The bird said happily. Just then, a voice from the sky spoke up, oh banyan tree you will be rewarded for your active kindness. You will go the strongest of all the trees and provide shelter to the variety of birds. You will also live a very long life. Even today the banyan tree is the strongest of all the trees. Moral: good begets good.
