German potato dishes: Potatoes with onions and sausages on a stick

A popular cheese hot dog is a Korean street food. To cook the 4th HOT - DOGA we need: Potato - 500 gr. Mozzarella cheese - 4 pieces Sausages - 4 pcs. Starch Egg - 1 pc. Breadcrumbs. Add to potato batter: Parmesan - 1.5 tbsp. Salt - 0.5 tbsp. Pepper - 0.5 tbsp. TIP - 1. I made a potato hot dog with potatoes instead of flour. It's easier to do and I like it because I don't feel like eating flour. Perfect as a delicious snack or a hearty lunch. TIP - 2. If you make it big, like I did, it will require a lot of oil and is difficult to fry, so make it miniature. If you didn't add Parmesan cheese, then add more salt during the tasting.
