Hey guys, I just wanna know that this TV movie was created by Channel 4 Schools, which is made for educational purposes, but when I was a kid, I found the video since 2014's, and it's actually a musical fairy tale based on Oscar Wilde's work. It was released and shown in 1996, starring a Scottish pop singer (Jimmy Somerville) (known for the successful 1984 single "Smalltown Boy") as the little Swallow and a baritone singer (William Dazeley) as the Happy Prince. It was also released on VHS, and this is also the 'lost' adaptation of this kind of adaptation.
And yes, this animated musical has puppets and uses a stop-motion technique.
