Yeah this feature was ruined for me by the monumental lag that hit me towards the latter half. It started out so well too. I really really hope Mihoyo upgrades their servers. I mean to be fair this game has a tiny player base compared to Genshin and Star Rail. But it's growing. You'd think maybe let's shift some of the Star Rail servers over to Zenless if we're not willing to spend the extra cash to get better Zenless servers. I mean Star Rail's lost 5 million players since launch. They've never grown their numbers at all. Zenless meanwhile started with 5 million players and is now almost 2 million over that and thanks to actual good decision making (wonder how long that'll last) the devs got rid of the tv maze for the main story so people got even more interested. Anyway pretty straight forward feature. Just unlock stuff and fight where needed. The other perk for this one is the free experience but it's very Mihoyo stinge. It takes tons of time to level up characters and if you're at higher levels it won't even get you an additional level in one shot. I think Mihoyo intended for this to just motivate us to level any characters. They don't want another Genshin situation where players like me pull for characters but don't actually intend to level them up lol (What do you think Imaginarium Theater was really about?)
