Laal Shak is widely popular and a mouth watering dish of Bangladesh. In this preparation, chopped Laal Shak (Red Spinach) is cooked with Onion, Garlic and Mustard oil. The popularity and demand of this Shak is more than other Shaks because of its amazing color and its nutritional values.
