Fireworks of My Heart FMV (1x40) ► Xu Qin & Song Yan

“He is my life!” – Xu Qin I was pleasantly surprised by how good this drama turned out to be. The story of first love meeting again and rekindling their love is not new in Cdrama, but somehow these two brought such an emotional roller coaster, especially in the first half of the drama. I must admit the main leads have this crazy insane CHEMISTRY and both are visually beautiful onscreen. The scenes from E39 and E40 are not in chronological order. I thought the ending could’ve been a bit better so I used their wedding photoshoot from E39 to make it a happy ending for my edit. 😅 We need someone like Song Yan in our lives. He waited 10 years for Xu Qin and loves her unconditionally despite all the hardships he went through. He didn’t really hold any grudges for breaking his heart; instead understands Xu Qin and always gives her the princess treatment. I love that he just loves her and sees her hardships as a victim of emotional abuse from her mother. My only complaint about this drama was Xu Qin’s mother. Xu Qin should’ve severed all ties with that wicked woman like in the novel.
