BANGSILONG: Filipino Breakfast of Bangus:Milkfish; Sinaing: Boiled Rice; and Longganisa: Sausage

Believe me, this is my very delicious and sumptuous breakfast! BangSiLong is my variation of the modern Filipino Culinary Specialty Silog Meals. I fried Bangus (milkfish), and Longganisa (skinless sausage), with Sinaing (boiled instead of fried Rice). Because Silog Meals are generally Sinangag (fried rice) and egg, plus another meat, like fish, chicken, beef, pork etc, I added Pinakbet (Mongolian style grilled vegies), another traditional Filipino specialty, turon Saba (Banana Crepe) and Maruya (Banana Pancake). Because this was my late morning brunch and snack (recess or merienda), I also had chocolate coffee and whole wheat bread and cheese.
