Story:
In the bustling underground of New York City, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo - are enjoying a rare moment of peace. Trained in ninjitsu and living under the guidance of their rat sensei, Splinter, they've become protectors of the city, often battling the evil Shredder and his minions.
One evening, while patrolling, they stumble upon a mysterious new substance glowing eerily in the sewers. Unknown to them, it's a powerful mutagen developed by their arch-nemesis, Shredder, in collaboration with the cunning scientist, Baxter Stockman. The mutagen is far more potent than anything they've encountered, designed to enhance and warp the abilities of those it infects.

Curious and unassuming, Michelangelo touches the substance, and it reacts violently, engulfing him in a cocoon of energy. When he emerges, he's transformed - bigger, stronger, but also aggressive and unrecognizable, even to his brothers. The mutagen has amplified his physical abilities but at the cost of his personality and memories.
The other Turtles, along with Splinter, must now face a heartbreaking challenge: to save Michelangelo, they need to reverse the effects of the mutagen, but to do so, they must battle their transformed brother, who is now under the control of Shredder. They embark on a perilous journey through the city and into the depths of Shredder's lair, facing various mutated henchmen and overcoming emotional and physical obstacles.
Throughout their journey, the Turtles learn more about the strength of their brotherhood and the importance of understanding and accepting change. In a climactic battle, they manage to administer an antidote to Michelangelo, who, after a moment of suspense, returns to his original form, albeit a little shaken.
The story concludes with the Turtles reaffirming their bond and realizing that their greatest strength lies not just in their martial skills,
