ingredients :
1/2 kilogram galunggong fish (cleaned, cut into half)
1 ripe tomato (sliced)
1 red onion (sliced into quarters)
1 thumb sized ginger (sliced)
1 stalk lemon grass (tied)
4 pechay leaves (3 inch sliced)
2 long green chili
1 bunch spring onion or scallion (3 inch sliced)
20 grams lukot / seaweed
salt to taste
seasoning granules to taste
