Central Detective Division is seeking the public's help identifying the individual seen in the following video clip.
On August 9, 2023, at approximately 11:56am, the suspect flipped numerous flowerpots and trash cans at a Buddhist Temple in the 1200 block of Ridge Avenue. Some of the pots broke as a result.
Suspect Description: Black female with twists in her hair, thin build, wearing a white shirt and khaki pants.
