Various stars and people in the movie business.A view across the tiled roofs of three buildings shows the Hollywood Hills with large white letters that spell 'HOLLYWOODLAND'. The city is seen from above, one main street (probably Hollywood Boulevard) is in the centre, there are several lanes of traffic including trams, tall buildings line the sides of the road. Close up on a sign which reads 'Hollywood Blvd.', and '7300' in front of palm leaves. A view of a bend in a road,palm trees to the left and buildings (possibly hotels) on the right, two trolley cars pass along the tramlines and a car drives across the front of the shot, the driver wears goggles and a helmet.An inter-title reads 'The film city is full of weird cafes.' Next to a rather normal looking bungalow stands a building in the shape of a sitting dog with the door just below his chin, it is white with black patches and has heavily painted eyes. In a more built-up street, a building has a windmill on top of the roof, the tower rises out of the roof and the four sails rotate, a sign on the front of the building reads 'Ice Cream'. A building in the shape of a male sphinx's head and shoulders is seen between two temporary wooden buildings bearing the company name 'Sphinx Reality Co' and adverts and prices, a car is parked in front. The next café is a single storey ten-sided building with windows on each wall, on top is a large coffee cup and saucer with the words 'Hot coffee' written on the cup, two cars are parked in front of the building and two young girls walk towards the camera in trousers and blouses.An inter-title reads 'To The Studios'.
