Mecha-Ude: Mechanical Arms

Aeons ago, extraterrestrial organisms arrived on Earth and began to fuse with human beings, giving rise to the moniker "Mecha-ude," because of the remarkable resemblance of the fused organisms to mechanized limbs. Hikaru Amatsuga, an ordinary middle school student, is forced to work in unison with the incredibly rare and unique Mecha-ude Arma. The resistance organization ARMS assigns the dual Mecha-ude user Aki Murasame to follow Alma wherever he goes in order to protect him, but she is also searching for a mysterious Snake-Type Mecha-ude wielder, who has left many of her allies in a critical condition. In the background, a group called the Kagami Group is looking for the fabled "Trigger Arm," a Mecha-ude that is supposed to give unrestricted power. Hikaru and Alma must work together to muster the strength to fight back when this organization threatens Aki's life. Along the way, Hikaru will realize that his life will never be the same.
