It tells the story of the wonderful fate between a constable who may not know people's faces but can judge people's hearts and a wandering doctor whose constant is change. While secretly investigating a case, Jiang Xinbai (Luo Yunxi), a proud prince and the head constable who suffers from face blindness, accidentally meets the unorthodox Yan Nanxing (Song Yi), a female doctor who changes her appearance every month.
