Jet Set Radio (originally released in North America as Jet Grind Radio) is a 2000 action game developed by Smilebit and published by Sega for the Dreamcast. The player controls a member of a youth gang, the GGs, as they use inline skates to traverse Tokyo, spraying graffiti, challenging rival gangs, and evading authorities.
Sega re-released the game in Japan under the name De La Jet Set Radio. This version was released on October 18, 2001, in Japan via Dreamcast Direct (later renamed Sega Direct) and features content that was originally exclusive to PAL and North American versions, namely music, two playable characters, and two stages.
Because De La Jet Set Radio was the original Japanese of Jet Set Radio with this version featuring some levels that were exclusive to PAL and North American levels (Which I think was missing in the Japanese version), everyone speaks in Japanese except for DJ Professor K, Cube, and Combo. The Rokkaku police and Onishima speaks in full Japanese with his habit of saying, "Damn!" becomes, "Kuso!". Two characters known as Mew and Piranha got their names back to the Japanese version: Mew's name return to Bis and Piranha's name return to Sugar. Cube's design here is the international version instead of the Japanese version (Her tank top is black with her name on it instead of the grey one from her Japanese version design).
Note: This rom I played in my Redream has been hacked with all characters already unlocked from the beginning
