Pasta Carbonara classic! Very simple and delicious recipe!
Pasta "Carbonara" (Carbonara). Well, very tasty - Spaghetti!
A very easy to prepare and very tasty classic Italian recipe - Carbonara pasta. Whenever I cook pasta, I use the Italian rule - 1110: per 100 gr. paste - 1l. water and 10 gr. salt. If you are preparing the classic version (without cream), be sure to scoop a cup of water from the pan in which you boil the pasta and at the end of cooking, pour 30 grams into the pan - this will give the pasta a glossy tint. Recipe for 1 serving:
1. Whole grain spaghetti - 75 gr.
2. Pancetta bacon - 50 gr.
3. Parmesan - 20 gr. + feed
4. Yolk - 1 pc.
5. Garlic - 2 teeth.
6. Spaghetti broth or cream 10% -100 gr.
7. Salt, pepper - to taste
