Hong Kong is said to be one of the most competitive landscapes for eateries so what does it take to make a restaurant stand out? " I have very deep memories of Hong Kong in the 70s and 80s... and the origin of the name Lung Fung (Dragon and Phoenix) is basically a blessing to Hong Kong and a reminiscence of that period. "The founder of Lung Fung (Dragon and Phoenix) Chicken hot pot says it’s all about making “customers remember they spent time” in your restaurant. The interior décor plays a major role in this restaurant, not to mention their specialty chicken pots which consist of a combination of ingredients you would never think of!
