The easiest apple cake "Three glasses"! Incredibly tasty and fast! The cake is very easy to make, soft and delicious. Preparation and ingredients: Grate 5 apples (optionally add cinnamon and lemon juice). 1 glass of sugar (I have a glass of 200 g). 1 cup semolina 1 glass of flour. 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder. Mix well. Line a 20 cm baking dish with parchment paper and brush with butter. Divide the dry mixture into 4 equal portions. Divide the apples into 3 equal parts. Pour the first part of the dry mixture into the mold. Lay out the first piece of apples. Pour the second part of the dry mixture evenly. Lay out the second part of the apples. Pour in a third of the dry mixture evenly. Divide a third of the apples evenly. Pour the dry mixture with the last layer and spread evenly. Put 30 g of butter in a glass of hot milk. Stir until the oil is completely dissolved. Make holes to soak the cake. Pour milk over the cake. Place in preheated oven at 180°C (or 356°F) for 40-50 minutes. Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool well. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. The cake is very layered and delicious. Bon appetit!
