Airwolf vs The Bloodmoon Jet

Airwolf encountered a foreign made jet codenamed: Bloodmoon. The jet has the ability for VTOL (vertical take off and landing). Will Airwolf managed to defeat this state of the art aircraft? NOTE: This is my early design for an Airwolf Helicopter.
