Plot Summary
The film follows DCP Veer Sooryavanshi, the chief of the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) in Mumbai. Known for his fearless and dedicated service, Sooryavanshi discovers that a major terrorist plot is brewing — a large-scale attack planned by sleeper cells connected to the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts. These terrorists, led by the antagonist Omar Hafeez, plan to detonate a huge consignment of RDX that was smuggled into India decades ago and never fully recovered.
As Sooryavanshi digs deeper, he uncovers connections between the terror plot and a group of undercover operatives posing as civilians in the country. He goes on a mission to track down these sleeper agents and recover the remaining RDX to thwart the impending attack. In the process, he reconnects with his estranged wife Dr. Ria Gupta, played by Katrina Kaif, and their emotional story adds a personal dimension to the high-octane drama.
The climax sees Sooryavanshi teaming up with Bajirao Singham (Ajay Devgn) and Sangram "Simmba" Bhalerao (Ranveer Singh) for a spectacular, action-packed finale as they race against time to stop the catastrophic plan.
