[Genshin Impact] Summon for Yelan

Another hot babe from Liyue. Not to mention a 2nd Xingqiu is always welcome. While Xingqiu scales off PAtk, Yelan scales off HP. Yelan's hydro application has been nerfed from 1.5U down to the regular 1U. What makes Xingqiu's great is his E will apply 2x 1U with no ICD. You need 2U of hydro status on your 1U pyro-affected target to trigger strong Vaporize (otherwise, you will trigger the weak Vape instead which lowers your damage output). This makes Klee cry as she will demand more hydro app on her insane fast pyro application (easy 2U). In other words, you need both Yelan & Xingqiu to keep up with Klee.
