Fresh Off the Sea

Yum Jung Ah, Ahn Eun Jin, Park Jun Myun, and Dex go to Namhae to enjoy fresh ingredients in the season. Wherever you go, you can find regional products and ingredients that you can only find there. Through processes that require the care and effort of many people, these ingredients are delivered to our homes. The four members of the show work hard and participate in this harvesting and gathering process. It’s going to be tough for the members who have no experience, but they do their best. And every day after work, they cook various dishes with the ingredients they harvested themselves and enjoy the peaceful, tasteful, and relaxing summer days.
