Shore Fun Arcade (Fenwick Island DE), 4K arcade walkthrough & tour, September 20

This teeny, tiny little unmanned arcade is in the small town of Fenwick Island, Delware, just over the city and state limits of Ocean City, Maryland. Prior to the 2022 season, it was known as the R&R Playland Arcade, but ownership changed hands and now it's being operated by the same people that run the Shore Fun Family Fun Center a few miles north in Bethany Beach. Game cards that you get at one location work at the other and vice versa. So yeah, there's not a whole lot to be found here, but they definitely make the most of the space they have. A heavy focus on redemption games is to be expected, but since it's an unmanned arcade, tickets need to be redeemed through a Prize Locker style system. Alternately, you can hang onto your tickets and redeem them up in Bethany Beach. Aside from the redemption games, you've got a pair of Sno Cross cabinets which are always fun, an Aliens Armageddon shooting game, and there's also a single solitary Ghostbusters pinball machine to round things out. Again, nothing crazy, nothing worth going out of your way for... but if you're already making the drive down to OCMD, why not stop in for a bit?
