One day, amidst the aftermath of a recent typhoon, Nobita stumbles upon a peculiar creature that resembles a ball of wind. It came from a distant land and was later named Fuuko by Nobita. Together with Doraemon and their companions, they transport Fuuko through the Anywhere Door to explore neighboring Wind and Storm Villages, and uncover the creature's true identity. As they soon discover, their journey is not without peril, as they must fend off the evil intentions of the Storm Village and their former leader, who possesses Nobuo and threatens to harm their beloved Fuuko.
