As the cultural festival at a junior high school in a remote Okinawan town of Naha looms, Typhoon No. 8 gradually inches closer. Amidst the approaching storm, a peculiar girl adorned with a curious pendant suddenly appears, taking Shuuichi Azuma by surprise.
