馃敟Bulgarian Split Squats (plate) - 4 sets, 8 reps each leg.
馃敟DB Step Ups - 4 sets, 8 reps each leg.
馃敟Leg Extensions - 3 sets, 12 reps.
馃敟Leg Press (hip width stance, toes slightly outward) - 4 sets, 12 reps.
馃敟Single Leg Leg Press - 3 sets, 10 reps each leg.
馃敟Frog Press (heels together, toes out) - 3 sets, 20 reps.
