OVERLORD III

The groundwork for Ains Ooal Gown's big plan appears to be starting to take shape now that he has established himself in this new realm. The importance of Carne village and, in particular, the political value of his alter identity Momon are confirmed. Demiurge, Albedo, the other members of his guardians, and even Ains himself are continually astounded by his "great knowledge". He continues to travel down the path of unintentional world hegemony in his efforts to behave in a manner befitting the monarch of Nazarick and thereby solidifying his guardian's loyalty. He has no human conscience because he is undead, therefore his sole motivations are to keep looking for new Yggdrasil players and to rise in power so that he and his forty erstwhile allies can better defend their children and house. As Overlord, Lord Ains Ooal Gown continues to lead the Great Tomb of Nazarick onto the international stage and right into a bloody power battle between two enormous empires.
