Negative Positive Angler

Sasaki Tsunehiro, a university student burdened by significant debt and given only two years to live by his doctor, is engulfed in despair. His life takes a turn when he is pursued by debt collectors and falls into the sea. He is rescued by Hana, a fishing enthusiast, and her fishing partner Takaaki and others. This encounter leads Tsunehiro to try fishing for the first time. Despite his ongoing struggles, he begins to bond with Hana and Takaaki and starts working part-time at their convenience store. As he faces the challenges of complex fishing terms and the smell of live bait, Tsunehiro finds himself increasingly drawn to the sport. The sensations of the bites on his line give him a tangible sense of life. In a life marked by constant downfall and merely looking up at the world, what does Tsunehiro discover through fishing?
